Definition
Participants cohort characteristics are derived at distinct measure dates. One measure date can exist for one or multiple events. The participant's characteristics are dervied from a range of sources, including the participant’s registration, the Job Seeker Snapshot (latest pending, active, or inactive assessment), or the Employment Services Assessment (ESAt).
