Definition
The employment services program of an employment services contract that an individual has been referred to.
Comments
For most employment programs, the properties 'program type' and 'contract type' are effectively interchangeable. In some instances, a program may be part of the same contract (and have the same contract type) as another program but have a different program type for systems and analysis purposes.
