Definition
A formal contractual arrangement recorded within the Department's IT Systems between a Workforce Australia Services Provider and an eligible Employer that outlines the terms and conditions under which financial incentives (wage subsidies) are provided to support the employment of eligible Participants. The agreement consists of a Head Agreement and one or more Schedules detailing specific placements, payment periods, and compliance requirements.
