Permissible Values Avoided Payment Suspension

A situation where the client did not receive a payment suspension because they reengaged within resolution time.
Resulted in Payment Suspension

A situation where the client received a payment suspension due to not reengaging within resolution time.

Comments

Resolution time is only available to participants who are not already in the penalty zone. If a participant is in the penalty zone and a non-compliance event is raised, their payment will be immediately suspended without any resolution time given.
