Definition
The Participant Linkage table provides PLIDA_ID and CRN. CRN will be used to link to the PLIDA spine. PLIDA Id + Measure Date creates Characteristic Linkage Key and will be used to link to the analytical tables.
Please note, the participant linkage table will not be available to researchers and is only used by the ABS to create linkage keys.
