Definition

The monetary value committed by a Workforce Australia Services Provider or the Digital Services Contact Centre from the Employment Fund to support an eligible Participant. This value represents a financial allocation recorded in the Department’s IT Systems for goods or services that assist the Participant in overcoming barriers to employment and improving job readiness, employability, and access to sustainable employment opportunities, represented as an Australian dollar value.
