Definition
A flexible pool of funds held by the Department and nominally credited to the participant’s Providers at the site level. This may be accessed by Workforce Australia providers to support eligible participants in overcoming barriers to employment by funding tailored goods and services that enhance job readiness, employability, and access to sustainable employment opportunities.
