Comments

Note: this data item measures the start of a participant's first commencement within a Period of Assistance, as opposed to their Period of Unemployment. Because POA excludes several employment programs such as the Community Development Program (CDP) or Disability Employment Services (DES), these two may be different if the participant has spent significant time in either without a break in service overall.
