Definition
An identifier representing the duration of continuous participation by an individual in an employment services program, measured from the date of their initial referral to the date their final referral concludes.
If the individual exits and returns to the program after a break of 91 consecutive calendar days or more, a new period of assistance is initiated. If the return occurs within 90 days, the individual continues within the existing period of assistance.
