| Value | Meaning | Start Date | End Date | |

| Permissible Values | Active | The state where Point Period has started and the end date has not passed. Submissions can be made during this period. |

| Ceased | PBAS reporting periods which have ended because the clients no longer has registration (i.e. do not have any contract referral). |

| Closed | The state where the point period end date has passed but still within the 5 days review period where provider or Digital Services Contact Centre can still assess the point period. |

| Finalised | A state where the assessment period has passed, and changes are no longer allowed. |

| No Longer Required | Requirements were waived for this PBAS reporting period and the clients was not required to submit any points. |

| No Longer Required Finalised | Requirements were waived for this PBAS reporting period and the clients was not required to submit any points. |
|||
| Pending | Occurs when a point period is created in advance. Pending point periods will not have any requirement targets as the start date has not passed. |
