For Employment Outcomes, there are defined durations used to assess sustained employment, typically spanning 4, 8, 12 or 26 weeks from the Employment Outcome start date. These durations are also differentiated into Bonus and Non-bonus outcomes for both 12- and 26-week outcomes, relating to the Very Long Term Unemployment (VLTU) Bonus awarded to providers that successfully assist participants have been unemployed longer than 24 months to achieve an Employment Outcome.

Education Outcomes can be assessed based upon either participation (as measured by full-time attendance for 26 consecutive weeks) or by attainment/completion of a qualification or certification, which has no specified or minimum length. These are not differentiated in this data item.
